Shipping & Delivery Information

At SkriveLys, we are committed to delivering your stationery essentials—from notebooks and journals to staplers and file folders—safely and efficiently to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle your order.

Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship to most international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address, the size, and the weight of your order. The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

Delivery Times

Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by location:

  • Domestic (Within the country): 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • International: 10-20 business days after dispatch.

Please be aware that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. SkriveLys is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to correct an address, please email us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. SkriveLys has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to pay customs fees, we will contact you via email. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the order. If reshipment is not requested, a refund for the product cost (minus the original shipping fee and any return processing costs) will be issued.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact the carrier directly. For any concerns regarding lost shipments, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and assist you in resolving the issue.
