We process and pack orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipment notification as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the continental region. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

What is the paper weight/quality in your journals?

Our notebooks and journals feature high-quality, bleed-resistant paper suitable for various pens, including fountain pens. The exact GSM (paper weight) is listed in each product's specifications.

Do your staplers and binding tools come with supplies?

Most staplers are sold as standalone tools. Staples, binding spines, and other consumables are typically sold separately. Please review the product description and "What's in the Box" section for complete details.
