  • It must be in the original packaging, including any tags, labels, or protective wrapping.
  • You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized notebooks or journals, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for a refund:

  • Products that have been used, written in, or show signs of wear.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

Return Process

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
